This call is probably allowed as it is made to everyone who has a Gottschalks credit card. It's a recording that informs you of the sales going on. The calls are usually made on Mondays to inform you of their Tuesday sales.

harassing calls 13 calls in in less than 12 hrs and when I told them i couldnt talk the woman continued to call back to back I am reporting them

This person posted a rental property on Craigslist for San Mateo. The 2Br seemed like good value but when I called the number it took over 10 rings before someone picked up - it was an answering service and due to the bad quality of the line I suspect that this call was transferred over seas. It came off as being very suspect.
